BlazingRed is a board advisory and fractional GTM firm working with founders of AI and technology startups. We help early stage and VC backed companies navigate the transition from founder led selling to scalable, exit ready growth, closing the Complexity Gap between breakthrough innovation and commercial scale.

We work with a small number of high potential startups at any one time, either as GTM Board Advisors or as embedded Fractional CROs. Our clients are ambitious, move fast, and expect commercial momentum.

The Role

We are looking for a self employed, part time Fractional Business Development Representative to support outbound activity across our client portfolio. This is a hands on, execution focused role. You will be identifying prospects, building targeted lists, writing and sending outbound sequences, and booking discovery calls on behalf of BlazingRed and its clients.

You will work with modern AI powered sales tools including Lusha, Instantly, Apollo, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to research prospects, personalise outreach at scale, and improve campaign performance continuously.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants real world outbound experience across multiple AI and technology businesses, working directly alongside senior commercial leadership.

Hours and rate: This role starts at up to 16 hours per week at up to £16 per hour, based on age and experience. As BlazingRed and our client portfolio grow, hours are likely to increase and the role will evolve with them.

A Note on This Role

This is a ground floor opportunity. BlazingRed is growing and so is our client portfolio. The right person will get exposure to real GTM strategy, real enterprise sales cycles, and real founders building real companies. You will work with senior advisors who have done this across multiple technology waves.

If you are ambitious, curious, and want to learn from people who have genuinely been there, this is a good place to start.
